Report-It Recap April 8, 2016

(WTNH) — What happened to spring? That’s the question a lot of people are asking especially after the snow we got this past week. The tulips and daffodils were flattened in some yards. The flowers don’t know what to think of everything.

Even the birds are confused. Their houses are frozen over. So many surfaces glazed over in ice. It looks more like January than April. Sure you can build a snowman and have fun. Days prior to the snow, there was hail in parts of the state. After all this is New England and anything is possible.

Connor’s family sent in a picture of him on his family’s mower. He’s ready for spring. The dogs are playing outside regardless of the weather. Sure the snow and blue skies made for some great scenery. As a reminder it will feel more like spring soon enough.
