(WTNH) – If you want to shed weight, feel great, then the Stash Plan by author Elizabeth Troy and Actress Laura Prepon could be perfect for you.

Elizabeth Troy is a certified integrative nutritionist and culinary expert.  The Stash Plan is her life’s work.  She combines traditional Western medicine with complimentary Eastern medicine and has healed many pro athletes, actors and business professionals. “It’s not just a diet plan, it’s a life plan,” said Troy.

Laura Prepon, of That ‘70’s Show and Orange Is The New Black, teamed up with Elizabeth Troy to write the book after the program worked for her to increase her energy and jump started her metabolism.

Three parts to The Stash Plan:

  1. Bone broth is key – make it from scratch – packed with nutrients like collagen. Chicken, Fish or Vegetarian broth
  2. Cook ahead – twice a week – make your meal stash and your handgrabbers (snacks).
  3. In addition to meals, targeted stretching daily – helps aid digestion.
