Missing Meriden girl found safe

MERIDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Meriden Police have located missing 11-year-old Jasmin Fagundo unharmed and safe.

Fagundo was reported missing at 10:00 Saturday by her mother. Family members told police that she had been missing since she left for school on Friday morning. The Silver Alert has been cancelled and the investigation is considered closed.

Police say she has since been reunited with her family. Jasmin left for school wearing a long sleeved pink colored sweat shirt. She was wearing blue jeans and black sneakers
