Neighbor tips leads to 3 arrests in Hartford

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Residents fed up with drug activity in their neighborhood offered tips for police to arrest three suspected drug dealers in Hartford.

The Hartford Police Department, Vice and Narcotics Unit with the assistance from the Hartford Shooting Task Force and the Hartford Police Department Emergency Response Team executed two warrants on Madison Street.

Police found 60 grams of cocaine, 40 bags of heroin, a small amount of marijuana and $902. 22-year-old Julian Solis, 33-year-old Jesus Garcia, and 42-year-old Victor Rodriquez were arrested on Thursday.

Solis is charged with interfering with a search warrant, possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell narcotics. Garcia is charged with criminal trespass and possession narcotics. Rodriquez is charged with criminal trespass and possession narcotics.
