Man Exposes Himself in Library

Hartford, Conn. (WTNH) – A teenager visiting the Noah Webster Library says that a man exposed himself to her after hovering near her for a while inside the library. The 17-year-old girl told police that the man was acting strange and even though she ignored him, he continued to stay near her and eventually exposed himself to her leaving the library.

Officer Cardone who was in the area on his police bicycle, interviewed the girl to get a description of the suspect. That description was put out to all units. Officer Camerl was checking the area and located a man matching the description by Farmington Avenue.

The teen positively identified the man as the guy who exposed himself to her in the library.

Anthony Lawrence was then arrested by police. He’s being held on a $7,500 bond.
