(WTNH)– Spoiler alert: After a long competitive season, the new ‘Voice’ winner has been crowned.
Christina Aguilera has finally made history for being the first female coach to have a winner: Alisan Porter!
Porter, who was known for the role in the 1991 John Hughes’ movie, Curly Sue left Hollywood to spend time with family and battle a drug addiction.
After being sober for 8 years Porter made her way to ‘The Voice’ and bonded with fellow mother Christina Aguilera and picked her as her coach.
Porter sang Somewhere from Broadway’s West Side Story and killed it!
