Obama administration economic advisers visit Connecticut

New Haven, Conn. (WTNH)- Some of the Obama administration’s top economic officials will be spending some time in Connecticut on Friday.

They will be touring a number of manufacturing and training facilities to evaluate how the state of Connecticut is supporting and growing the industry.

The tour is all part of an initiative aimed at improving manufacturing around the country by helping individual states develop long term economic strategies.
