GUILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Drivers should expect a heavier than normal afternoon commute after a crash shut down Interstate 95 southbound in Guilford Wednesday.

Just before 4:10 p.m., Connecticut State Police responded to Interstate 95 southbound between exits 59 and 58 on reports of a crash involving a tractor-trailer and another vehicle.
