Mars Combos snacks recalled due to unlisted ingredient

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Check your pantry because Mars Chocolate North America has recalled some of its Combos products that may contain peanut residue.

Following the recall by Mars, Stop & Shop has announced it has removed the items from its shelves. The snacks may contain peanut residue which is not listed as an ingredient. Those who suffer from peanut allergies are urged by the FDA to avoid the product.

The following products, with a Best Before date ranging from March 2017 to April 2017 on the back of the package, are included in this recall:

· COMBOS Snacks Pizzeria Pretzel, 15 oz., UPC 4141978047 with the following Code Dates: 613FBALB01 or 613FCALB01

· COMBOS Snacks Cheddar Cheese Pretzel, 15 oz., UPC 4141978048 with the following Code Dates: 613EAALB01; 613EBALB01; 614FAALB01 or 614FBALB01

· COMBOS Snacks Cheddar Cheese Cracker, 15 oz., UPC 4141978049 with the following Code Dates: 614AAALB01; 614ABALB01 or 614ACALB01

If you purchased this item from Stop & Shop, you can bring your receipt to the store for a full refund.
