Stage 8 Presents: Alison Cook Beatty Dance

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – The Alison Cook Beatty Dance team gives a sneak peek of the show they will be performing at the Milford Center for the Arts this summer.

Alison Cook Beatty Dance is performing in Milford on Saturday, Aug 27th at 7:30pm and Sunday, Aug 28th at 3pm. They will also be conducting a FREE master class on Sunday Aug 28th at 12pm for dancers. Alison Cook Beatty Dance was founded in 2012. The company is a classically based modern dance company exploring the universal human condition through expansive and emotionally driven movement grounded in American modern dance. The healing and transformational power of the arts inspires the company to work with diverse groups within the community in addition to collaborative efforts with other artists. The company has performed throughout the country and continues its rehearsal, performance and community outreach events for 2016. Under the artistic direction of Alison Cook-Beatty, her choreography has been commissioned by many professional companies and universities as well.
