Executive Chef and owner Riccardo Mavuli shares a rib recipe sure to spoil dad on his special day. If you’re not in the mood to cook, you’re in luck. Treat your dad to a special Father’s Day lunch or dinner at Gusto’s on Sunday, June 19th. Gusto’s will have extended hours on this special day – they are open from 1pm to 9pm featuring all of their favorite entrees as well as bar specials! The patio deck is now open for Al Fresco dining and dining under the stars!
Grilled Rib Chop Milanese topped with Seasonal Salad Recipe:
- Rib chop
- Romaine lettuce
- Baby greens
- Grape tomatoes
- Red onion
- Fresh mozzarella
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Starch of your choice.
First Grill the veal rib chop and season to your to your liking.
Prep on the side the salad, romaine and baby greens mixed together , with grape tomatoes, olives, red onions and fresh mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil , salt and pepper and a spoon of red vinegar.
Mix it all together and serve over the rib chop when done and serve on the plate with mash potato or any starch of your choice.
