MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Police arrested three people for possession of heroin, after officers on the Narcotics unit say they interrupted a drug transaction in a parking lot on Boston Post Road near exit 39 of I-95 on Thursday.
Police say 26-year-old Jason Jacobs Junior of Milford, sold heroin to 24-year-old William Clements just before detectives arrived. That’s when police say Clements tried to eat the heroin in front of the Detectives, but was not successful.
The Milford Police trained narcotics dectection K-9 “Cedar” was then used to sniff out any additional drugs. The K-9 officer alerted police of drugs in the pants of 19-year-old Stephanie Palass. Police say they found two bags of heroin inside her pants.
Now, Jacobs is charged with possession of heroin, and the sale of heroin.
Clements is charged with possession of heroin, destruction of evidence, and interfering with officers.
Pallas is charged with possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
