Friends From CT’s Beardsley Zoo Stop By The Studio


NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – As the only zoo in Connecticut, you can bet the Beardsley Zoo has a lot of very cool things to offer this summer.

Some of the friends you can see at the Beardsley Zoo stopped by CT Style to make a splash this summer. “The zoo is there for 4 reasons, conservation and education are the main reasons, and recreation and research,” said Zoo Director Gregg Dancho.

CT’s Beardsley Zoo is 95 years young.  Featuring over 350 animals, mainly from North and South America.  Endangered and Threatened animals.  Featuring 2 Siberian Tigers, Giant Anteaters, Red Panda, Penguins, Ocelot, Prairie Dogs, Rainforest, Carousel.  Open year round, 7 days a week.
