Hillhouse to host second high school graduation for parents who couldn’t get in the first time

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)–Hillhouse parents who were locked out of their students’ high school graduation will get a second chance to see their kids accept their diplomas.

Outraged parents came to News 8 last month, saying they couldn’t get in to see their kids graduate. As many as 200 people were stuck outside because the fire marshal closed the building.

Now, the New Haven Register is reporting that the high school will host another graduation on July 8th for the families who missed it the first time around.
