Ethan Allen Design Tip: Avoiding Accent Errors

MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — When using accents in a room, be sure to avoid some of the most common errors.

“First, don’t place artwork too high on a wall,” said Ethan Allen Design Consultant Jeff Pace. “It should be eye level.”

Second, don’t crowd all accents into one bookshelf or corner of a room.

“Instead, spread them out,” Pace explained.

Ethan Allen was founded in 1932. The luxury furniture and decor company has almost 300 stores across the United States and Canada. If you’re looking to spruce up your home, consider booking a free design consultation with Ethan Allen. They can be done at one of their many design centers or in the comfort of your own home.
