WOLCOTT, Conn. (WTNH) – Wolcott Police have arrested two men who they say are behind a landscape equipment stealing spree.  Troy Apicella, 25, and Domenic Lanza, 19, were arrested on Thursday.  Police say the two have been stealing lawn equipment from commercial landscaping trucks and homes for more than a month in the Wolcott area.  Police think the two did the same in other towns.  They are now contacting neighboring police departments for lists of people who had garden equipment stolen.  Police are also asking for anyone who bought equipment from the two to call the Wolcott police Department at (203) 879-8120 or the police hotline at (203) 879-7626.
