NEW HAVEN (WTNH) — Instead of drinking coffee with tons of creamer and sugar for energy. There are natural ways you can get energy without putting all that unhealthy sugar into your body.
Fitness expert Lisa Lynn joined us this morning to explain to us the reason why we may be feeling sluggish and ways we can loss weight with exercise and a nutritious diet.
Lynn is the founder of LynFit Nutrition and says there are three things we can do to increase our energy:
- Get enough protein.
- Sleep more.
- Drink water
