Etiquette Expert Karen Thomas: Knowing When To Put The Phone Down

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Etiquette Expert, Karen Thomas talks about cell phone etiquette and the do’s and don’ts for when to use your phone when you are out in public.

Karen says to always be aware of your surroundings while you are out because you can never always know when you are allowed to be on your phone. Also when you are dining, never put your cell phone on the table because it becomes a distraction.

“Technology is great, it is a blessing but it can be a curse.” says Thomas.
