West Hartford Officials Help To Remove Chemicals From Home

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – The West Hartford Police and Fire Departments, along with the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection worked to clear a house on Troutbrook Drive of some chemicals. One of the residents had called to report a weird smell coming from her basement.  When officials came to check it out, they found the chemicals that were causing the smell.  Officials say there’s no danger to the public.  No arrests have been made. The street was closed for awhile.
