1 dead in Norwich motorcycle accident

NORWICH, Conn. (WTNH) — A 37-year-old Norwich man is dead after a motorcycle crash early Saturday morning.

Norwich police responded to a motorcycle crash near 74 West Thamas Street around 2:15 a.m. Saturday. They say no other vehicles were involved in the crash.

When units arrived, they found 37-year-old Andre J. Ross with serious injuries. Police say Ross died of his injuries at the scene.

The accident is under investigation. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to call Norwich police at (860)886-8861 Ext. 6.
