(WTNH) — People from all over are celebrating National Book Lovers day Tuesday August. 9.
National Book Lovers day is for all those book lovers out there who want to share their favorite books.
A Yale study from Medical News Today suggests that reading books could increase your lifespan.
Last year, there were 571 million units sold in the United States compared with 559 million in 2014.
The study found that compared with adults who did not read books to those who read books for up to 3.5 hours each week were 17 percent less likely to die over the 12-year follow-up.
