Meriden police investigating Willow Street homicide

MERIDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Meriden police are investigating a homicide that occurred on Willow Street on Thursday morning.

Sergeant Christopher Fry with the Meriden Police Department released a statement on Tuesday morning regarding a homicide. Sergeant Fry says that Meriden officers responded to the north tower of 55 Willow Street at approximately 11:41 a.m. on Thursday morning.

Officers encountered family members of the victim, Felix Rodriguez. The family members stated that they discovered the body of him, a middle aged male.

Fry says that the homicide investigation is active, and no other information will be released at this time. Anyone with any relevant information is asked to contact Detective John Wagner at (203) 630-6334.
