Drug Arrest in South Windsor

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) – Police have arrested a man for drugs after pulling him over for a driving violation.

On Friday, August 19th, a South Windsor Police officer stopped a vehicle on John Fitch Blvd.

While the officer was interviewing the driver on the side of the road, the officer learned that the operator had 7 small bags of marijuana on him.

Officers then arrested 23-year-old Ryan Patterson who lives on Arthur Drive in Bloomfield. Patterson is now charged with possession of marijuana and intent to sell. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on September 1st.
