New Haven Man Accused of Burglarizing Hamden Home

HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) – A New Haven man is accused of burglarizing a Hamden residence in June.  On June 29th Hamden Police responded to a Lillibridge Court residence on the report of a burglary.  Investigation revealed that entry was gained into the residence through an unlocked first floor window, while the residents were asleep. The burglar made off with the homeowner’s car and some electronic equipment. Detective John Marks conducted an extensive investigation, which lead to the application of an arrest warrant for Dontell Littlejohn. The court approved the arrest warrant application.  On September 8th, Hamden Police Detective Raymond Quinn and other members of the United States Marshal Service arrested Littlejohn at his Woolsey Street residence in New Haven. Littlejohn was transported to Hamden Police Headquarters.
