NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Calling all foodies for a culinary night to remember. Ten of Connecticut’s Top Chef’s will battle it out for the Connecticut Chef’s Championship Title.
This event focuses on good food, healthy eating and an amazing competition. A real life “Iron Chef” experience with very talented locally based Chefs.
Proceeds will benefit OPTIMUS Foundation in serving the health care needs of the underserved and uninsured communities in Southwestern Connecticut. OPTIMUS Health Care is a regional health center with more than 20 sites, serving more than 50,000 patients annually.
Chef Adam Bedini is the defending champion of the 2015 Connecticut Chefs Challenge, which was held in Shelton, CT at Lincoln Culinary Institute. Check out the dish he is bringing this year in the video above.
