Love It, Hate It: Pet Accessories

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — For many of us, we consider our pets to be members of our family. That’s probably why there are so many gadgets and gizmos out there designed to keep them happy. So in honor of pet lovers everywhere, we decided to play a little game of “love it or hate it” on CT Style.

Reporter Meghan Yost showed Ryan and Teresa a few of the latest pet accessories and asked them to decide whether they “love it” or “hate it.”

Tail Talk: Sometimes, it’s hard to know what’s going on in your dog’s mind. Well, now there’s Tail Talk — the world’s first emotion sensor for dogs. Created by DogStar, the device is placed over your dog’s tail. The makers claim that it canread your dog’s emotions by analyzing the way the tail wags. Tail Talk will automatically send updates to your smartphone so you can know how your pooch is feeling any time of the day. It’s not on the market yet, but you can sign up for email alerts to find out when it will be available at DogStar.Life.
