Man arrested for harassment

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH)  –  A Windsor Locks man has been arrested for harassing a South Windsor resident after being told by police not to.

South Windsor Police have charged 48 year old Richard Hall with harassment in the second degree.

According to police they received a complaint in August from a resident that Hall had sent several unwanted text messages.  The messages were sent after police had already warned hall not to send such messages.

Police obtained an arrest warrant for Hall and arrested him on Sunday.
