New London Police: Man asked boy to pee in a ‘cup’

NEW LONDON, Conn. (WTNH) – A New London man was arrested after he asked a boy to pee in a “cup” for him.

New London Police told News 8, shortly before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, they received a complaint from a boy walking home from school that a man approached him and asked him to urinate in a “cup.”

The boy told police that the man offered to pay him $5 for his urine, and that it was going to be passed off to an agency for a test of some sort.

New London Police arrested Tiron Houser, 41, of New London, was arrested and charged with risk of injury and impairing the morals of a minor.
