9 people arrested in Danielson outstanding arrest warrant sweep

DANIELSON, Conn. (WTNH) — Danielson Quality of Life Task Force and the Killingly Resident Troopers arrested 9 people on Tuesday in a round up for people without outstanding arrest warrants.

Eight Danielson troopers, working in teams of two, were assigned to multiple arrest warrants to serve in their patrol area.

A total of fifteen arrest warrants were distributed, and 9 arrests were made in the “Quiet Corner” region of Connecticut. Many of those arrested received multiple warrants varying from Failing to Appear, Violation of Protective Order, and giving a false statement.

All nine arrested were held on bonds ranging from $150 to $75,000 for each warrant. All are scheduled to appear in court by the end of September at Danielson Superior Court.
