Leaf blower stolen, Naugatuck Police investigating

NAUGATUCK, Conn. (WTNH) – The Naugatuck Police Department is investigating the larceny of a gas powered leaf blower that was stolen Thursday afternoon on New Haven Road.

According to police, a light-colored sedan pulled up to the landscape truck at a gas station and a white man got out of the car, grabbed the blower out of the landscaper’s truck at about 2:00 p.m.

If anyone has information on this crime, you are asked to call police at (203) 729-5221 or the Naugatuck Police Department Confidential Tip Line at (203) 720-1010.
