HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – Despite an uncooperative victim and several witnesses who never came forward, police say they’ve arrested the men who shot a woman and left her for dead in Hartford.  Ranald Coleman and Miguel Rivera were arrested for the crime on September 8th.  Back in February, police were called to the scene of the shooting.  The victim refused to cooperate with the investigation.  But police got a tip, and they worked it for months.  Their investigation led them to several witnesses who identified Coleman and Rivera.  Both are convicted felons with extensive arrest histories.
