West Hartford man arrested for car break-ins

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A West Hartford man has been arrested for burglary.

Police said Javon Reynolds, of Hartford, has been charged with two counts of burglary in the third degree.

According to the West Hartford Police Department, they first responded to a call of a man attempting to break into several cars.

The caller said they saw a man get into a car on Thomas Street and again on Park Road.

Police said they caught up to Reynolds on Park Road, taking him into custody Thursday.
