EAST WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) — East Windsor PD shared an update Monday morning on the malnourished German Shepard mix that was found last month.

Police say his health is improving after he was found abandoned on Abbee Road in very bad shape in East Windsor. At the time, police think he was neglected or missing from his owner and not found. The dogs previous owner has yet to be identified.

A veterinarian determined he is 10-years-old and his main issue was lack of food.
