Hamden police investigating delivery driver robbery

HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — The Hamden Police Department is investigating a robbery where a local pizza delivery driver was robbed by a pocket knife on Sunday, September 17th.

According to police, they were called to the area of Fairview Avenue and Mott Street at 1:00 a.m

Police are describing the suspect as an African American man, about 5’6″, thin build, wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. He was able to get away with money.
