Hartford police investigate possible school threat

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Law enforcement across the country are dealing with a spike in school threats in recent days, including here in Connecticut.

According to Deputy Chief Brian Foley of the Hartford Police Department, police are investigating an unconfirmed threat to Hartford Public Schools. Foley says at least 8 similar incidents have been reported nationwide between Tuesday and Wednesday.
