Tolland High School evacuated due to odor

TOLLAND, Conn. (WTNH)– Tolland High School has been evacuated Wednesday morning due to an odor.

Dispatchers say that fire crews are on the way to the school, located at 1 Eagle Hill, to investigate an odor.

The UConn fire department, building officials and the Fire Marshall are also en route to the school. The propane gas company has been requested to the scene, as well.

Students and staff have been evacuated from the building at this time. There is no word on the source of the odor or when they can return to the building.
