Linda Carman

(WTNH) — After six days of searching, the Coast Guard has suspended the search for Linda and Nathan Carman, the mother and son from Middletown who never returned from a fishing trip.

The search began on Sunday evening after the Coast Guard learned that 54-year-old Linda Carman and her 22-year-old son Nathan never returned from a fishing trip. Officials say they left from Point Judith, Rhode Island Saturday evening. They were in a 31-foot center console boat.
