NEW LONDON, Conn. (WTNH) — Two men were found stabbed in a Crystal Avenue apartment on Wednesday night, and New London police say they are investigating “multiple leads.”

New London police and firefighters were dispatched to 40 Crystal Street on a report of a stabbing. There, they found and began to treat one stab victim on the fourth floor of the C building of the complex. Police say his wounds were “consistent with that of a cutting type instrument.”

While treating this victim, police say they located a second stab victim. The two have been identified as 22-year-old Nahvon Carroll and 19-year-old Nahkym Carroll. Nahvon’s last known address was on Sennecosstt Road in Groton, and Nahkym is listed by police as “of no certain address.”

New London’s Investigative Services Division and Patrol Division seized evidence, and say multiple leads are being investigated.

Anyone with any relevant information is asked to contact the New London Police Department’s Detective Division at (860) 447-1841, or use the New London 411 system to provide an anonymous tip.
