Report to detail cause of deck collapse that injured Trinity students

(WTNH) – Trinity College will release an independent structural engineering report on Thursday with the cause of a deck collapse that injured dozens of students.

The college asked Cirrus Structural Engineering to conduct an independent review of the property and to determine the cause of the collapse of two decks at an off-campus party on September 10th.

32 students from Trinity College were injured when the third-floor deck collapsed onto the second-floor deck and then onto the ground.
