Etiquette Expert: What To Do When Politics Is Brought Up



NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — It seems that presidential campaign coverage is unavoidable.  Etiquette Expert, Karen Thomas talks about the dos and don’ts for when the hot topic is brought up.

“People are passionate about their candidates, and there is a right and wrong way to delve into certain things,” said Thomas.

She says to remember you are allowed to say “no” to the conversation. If you do engage, remember to stick facts and site your sources.
