New Haven PAL golf tournament underway

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)  –  The annual New Haven Police Activity League fundraising golf tournament is being played today at the Alling Memorial Golf Course in the city.  Proceeds from the tournament go to the Police Activity League.

Tee time was at 8:30 a.m.  Golfer’s paid $150.00 to enter the tournament, which includes the green fees, carts and refreshments and a reception following the day of golf at the Country House Restaurant in East Haven.   Players are eligible for the longest drive award, closest to the pin award and an award for a hole in one.

For those who do not golf, non-player donations are being excepted.
