NORTH HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Today thou art Cruisin’ Connecticut to the Northest of Havens for the Connecticut Renaissance Faire.

The Faire serves up food to feast, on-stage shows, and old-world charm of a 16th century village. We chatted with Master Nathaniel Crumbhorn, who will be putting a twist on Mid Summer’s Night Dream.

As you’ll see in the video, the villagers were crazy enough to let me practice my (lack of) archery skills, and mount a royal steed. You can experience jousting shows, old world shops, and pirate costume contests!

The Connecticut Renaissance Faire at the North Haven Fairgrounds, runs through the end of October, and you can get your tickets here!
