$50,000 Reward Offered in Deadly Norwalk Hit & Run

NORWALK, Conn. (WTNH)- A $50,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to the arrest of the driver in a deadly hit and run that happened in May.

The accident happened on Van Buren Avenue near the intersection of Bedford Avenue on May 11, around 9:30 p.m. Police say two people were walking when they were hit by a gray BMW, which police say has front and right side damage and a missing right side mirror.

Police say one of the pedestrians hit, Jaime Lane, died from her injuries.

Now the State of Connecticut is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
