NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – New Haven police are looking for a silver SUV that they say was involved in a fatal motorcycle crash early Saturday morning. At 2:05 a.m., police were called to a crash at the corner of Whalley Avenue and Osborn Avenue. The motorcycle driver, Garry Gulledge, 31, of Oakville died. Witnesses say he had been riding “wheelies” around the neighborhood before the crash. Police found a surveillance photo of the SUV they say was involved in the crash that killed him. They say it is likely a 2003-2007 silver Acura MDX. The SUV is missing the passenger-side rocker panel and should have other damage on that side as well. Anyone with information about the crash or the SUV is asked to call New Haven police at (203) 946-6304. Calls can be made anonymously.
