Milling and Paving Project to Start in New Haven Wednesday

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Drivers in the Elm City should expect some delays at the end of the week. A milling and paving project starts in New Haven on Wednesday.  If you can avoid it, stay away from Temple Street between Elm and Crown streets.  If you have to use that section of Temple, just be ready for a rough ride!  The street will be unpaved until the project is finished.  The paving phase of the project is set to start on Friday.
