NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Registered dietitian Heidi Harkopf shares a nutrient-packed breakfast for pumpkin pancakes.

Pumpkin is a great source of Vitamin A and milk provides 9 essential nutrients including 8 grams of protein.  These recipes are a great way to sneak nutrition into your children.
