Hamden Police Arrest Man Who Allegedly had 64 Bags of Crack Cocaine

HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH)- Hamden police arrested a man they say had 64 bags of crack cocaine on him, weighing 24.6 grams.

Police arrested 46-year-old Willie Rogers of New Haven. He is charged with Possession of Narcotics and Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell. Hamden police say the conducted a drug investigation on October 12 around 5:00PM, and that’s when they arrested Rogers. Rogers was arrested on State Street in Hamden, with the crack cocaine on him.

Rogers is held on $50,000 bond and is due in court later this month.
