Orange police investigation fatal car vs. pedestrian crash

ORANGE, Conn. (WTNH) — Orange police are investigating after a pedestrian was killed on Friday night.

Police say a pedestrian was walking on Boston Post Road around 9:45 p.m. Friday. The victim tried cross the street and was hit by a car. Police say the victim died as a result of the crash.

The car that hit the victim stayed on scene and the driver is cooperating with investigators.

Anyone who may have witnessed this crash is asked to call police at (203)891-2138.
