STRATFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – With Halloween just around the corner, today we’re Cruisin’ Connecticut to Stratford, home of “Fright Haven!”
The spooky attraction is made up of three haunted houses under one (20,000 sq. ft.) roof. I have to say, this was one of the… if not the scariest place I’ve ever been.
Crypt Master Chucky, took us on a tour of the three haunts, which include:
- An old-fashioned Victorian house haunt
- The fright-mare institute, sensory-dark haunt
- A 3D clown haunt filled with crazed clowns
After shooting this story, I’m ready to get back to visiting restaurants… or perhaps apple picking. If you’re looking for a scare, Fright Haven won’t disappoint.
The attraction is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday’s through Halloween. Doors open at 7p.m. A special all-ages “LIGHTS-ON,” kid-friendly matinee is going on this Saturday 10/22 & Sunday 10/23 from noon-2p.m. and also next Saturday 10/29 noon-2p.m.
