NEW HAVEN Conn. (WTNH) — Making sweets this time of year can be hard especially if you are trying to stay on the healthier side.

Lifestyle Specialist, Haley Sharack stopped by our station to talk about healthier alternatives to super that we can use when cooking for our family. Haley says these ingredients will not only taste the same but they provide huge health benefits.
